Please note that due to hygiene and safety regulations, perishable goods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, and dairy cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Approval & Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
